Editorial Policy
Last updated: September 22, 2026
Scope
Our articles explain home tracking routines, app features, and general wellness topics. They are educational and do not diagnose, prescribe treatment, or replace a healthcare professional.
Sources
We prefer public-health agencies, professional medical organizations, peer-reviewed research, and official Apple documentation. References are listed on each article. Product claims are checked against the current app, its source code, or its App Store listing.
Bylines and medical review
The Blood Pressure Editorial Team maintains the content. A page is not described as medically reviewed unless a named, qualified reviewer has actually reviewed it. No current article claims medical review.
Updates and corrections
Material revisions receive an updated date. We correct factual errors, broken references, and product details when they are identified. App Store ratings, availability, pricing, and compatibility can change.
Safety boundary
The app is a wellness tool, not a medical device. For severe symptoms or a possible emergency, contact your local emergency service instead of relying on an article or app result.
